Next Friday is the annual pilgrimage of Saint Servatius to Saint Gerlach. On foot 10 km. Saint Gerlach walked this journey to Maastricht, to the grave of Saint Servatius, daily (except on Saturday, then he walked via Rolduc – where he confessed – to Aachen, to the grave of Emperor Charlemagne). Departure on Friday 10 January at 7.30 am, immediately after the Holy Mass at 7.00 am. In Houthem Sint Gerlach the Holy Mass is at 10.00 am. Return transport will be arranged on site. Welcome, pilgrims of hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tijdens het Gerlachus-octaaf zal ook vanuit onze parochies naar Houthem gepelgrimeerd worden. Wie te voet met de deken & V\u00e4\u00f6s wil meelopen wordt op vrijdag 10 januari 2025 om half acht (7.30 uur) bij de fontein van Sint Servaas aan het Keizer Karelplein verwacht. De Heilige Mis in Houthem begint om 10.00 uur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
